Microsoft spoofed Google on a YouTube post this weekend. The seriousness of Google is questioned.
According to the two minute parody “Googlighting,” Google Apps can’t do what Microsoft’s Office suite can do. Microsoft focuses on Google App’s shortcomings and states that Google’s privacy policies should trouble you.
The spoof continues its theme from a previous YouTube post, “Gmail Man” which viewers catch a glimpse of why they should feel uneasy about Google.
Microsoft mocks Google for “killing off” products like Buzz and Wave, and offline Google Apps are useless without the internet.
By the end, we are told to “Beware of the Googlighting Stranger.”
